*During this period, if a repair is needed that is related to the maintenance service (examples; failed igniter, thermocouple, contractor or capacitor, etc…) because these items are tested during the maintenance service, no travel/diagnosis fee will be charged. The customer only pays the flat rate repair.
If the technician missed something during the maintenance service such as a loose wire connection or not clearing a drain or cleaning a sensor, then there will be no charge for the return service.
If the recommendation to change the failed part was made at the time of the maintenance service and the customer declined, the travel/diagnosis fee applies.
